ACES students in Ms. Galicia’s 2nd Grade and Mr. Aquino’s 3rd Grade were thrilled to welcome Professor Megan Franke and colleagues from UCLA’s Department of Education to learn about how we are developing biliterate mathematicians. The Accelerated Schools is honored to have such experts in Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) to visit our schools!

Recently, the CA Department of Education rated Accelerated Charter a 10 out of 10 in growing students in math. Thank you to our ACES school leaders Karin Figueroa and Carmen Ramos for continuing to accelerate our students mathematically!
